Jon Wardle formed Wardle Group, a real estate investment and advisory company based in Boise, Idaho. Jon has over sixteen (16) years in land acquisition, due diligence, planning & entitlements, market analysis, site feasibility, finance and homebuilding operations.
From September 2003 through June 2011, Jon worked for Woodside Homes, a Top 25 national homebuilder, and held a number of leadership positions, including Division President, Vice President, Land Manager and Acquisition Associate. Prior to joining Woodside, Jon was a principal with Wardle & Associates, a land planning, entitlement and development firm based in Boise, Idaho, from October 1995 to September 2003.
Jon graduated magna cum laude from Boise State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. He resides in Boise, Idaho, with his family.
